Standard shipping is free everywhere in the United States. Faster and international options are charged at cost, shown at checkout. Nothing is added at the last step.
- United States — Standard: Free · 2–5 days in transit (USPS)
- United States — Priority: $11.99 · 1–2 days (FedEx)
- Canada — Standard: $9.70 · 4–8 days (DHL/FedEx)
- Canada — Priority: $21.50 · 2–5 days (FedEx)
- Rest of world — Standard: $9.22 · 3–10 days (DHL/FedEx)
- Rest of world — Priority: $24.50 · 2–5 days (FedEx)
How long it takes
There are two parts to it: making, then shipping.
- Made — 3–5 business days. Your bracelet is engraved after you order. Nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting.
- Shipped — the transit time above, counted from the day it leaves.
For a US order on Standard that is roughly 5–10 business days from order to doorstep. Priority shortens the second half only — the engraving still takes 3–5 days either way.
Buying for a particular date? Give yourself two weeks and you will not be watching the tracking.
Where it ships from
Engraved, boxed and posted in the United States. We ship worldwide.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment your order leaves. If you ordered a pair, the two bracelets are engraved separately and may arrive in two parcels, sometimes a day or so apart.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph it before unpacking any further and email maxpro923@icloud.com. We send a replacement straight away and do not ask you to post the damaged one back. Because every piece is engraved to order, replacing rather than returning is how we put things right — see returns and replacements.
