What we sell
Two bracelets. A braided black cord with an engraved metal plate, and a solid engraved cuff that slips straight on. Each comes in polished stainless steel or an 18k yellow gold finish, so a pair can be one of each. Buy them as a pair, or just the one.
How we describe things
We state the actual finish, the actual box and the actual number of days. If it is stainless steel in a gold finish we say gold finish, not gold. If something takes a week, we say a week.
Made after you order
Nothing is pre-made. Your bracelet is engraved in the United States once the order comes in, which takes 3–5 business days, then it ships. Engraving and the printed message card are included. The standard gift box is included; the mahogany-finish luxury box is $25 more.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free within the US, 2–5 days in transit, or $11.99 for 1–2 day Priority. Canada and international rates show at checkout. Full detail on the shipping page.
If something is wrong
Because every piece is engraved to order, we cannot take it back for a change of mind. But if it arrives damaged, faulty, or engraved differently from your order, we replace it free — see returns and replacements.
