Engraved to order, so we cannot take it back

Every Foreva Mine bracelet is engraved with the text you supply, after you place the order. A personalised piece cannot be sold to anyone else, so we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, for a fit that turns out wrong, or for a spelling mistake in the engraving you submitted. That is standard for personalised jewellery, and it is why the engraving costs nothing.

Please read your engraving back before you check out. It is engraved exactly as typed — capitals, spaces and spelling included.

Check the fit before you order

Because size is not a reason for a refund, the fit of each bracelet is set out plainly:

The Engraved Cord Bracelet — an adjustable sliding closure that fits wrists up to 10 inches (25 cm) and pulls in smaller. This is the one to choose if you are unsure, or if the wrist is on the larger side.

The Engraved Cuff Bracelet — one size. A solid open cuff, 5 mm wide and 1.5 mm thick, with a gap at the back. It slides on sideways and is gently squeezed in or eased open to adjust. There is no size to choose at checkout.

If you are not sure which will fit, email us before ordering and we will help. We would rather answer a question than send you something you cannot wear.

What we replace, free

- It arrived damaged or broken
- It is faulty — the closure, the cord, the finish
- We engraved something other than what your order says
- The wrong bracelet, finish or box turned up

Email maxpro923@icloud.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We ship a replacement and do not ask for the original back.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us as soon as you can. If it has not gone into engraving yet, we will change it, or cancel and refund you in full. Once it has been engraved, it cannot be altered or refunded.

If it never arrives

If tracking stops moving for more than a few days, email us. We will chase the carrier and replace the order if the parcel does not turn up.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects rights you may have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Note that in the EU and the UK, the usual 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, which is what every bracelet we sell is.
