Engraved means yours
Every bracelet is engraved with the name you type, after you place the order. It cannot be sold to anyone else, so we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, for a fit that turns out wrong, or for a spelling mistake in the engraving you submitted. That is normal for personalised jewellery, and it is why the engraving is free.
Please read your engraving back before you check out. It is engraved exactly as typed — capitals, spaces and spelling included.
Check the fit before you order
Because size is not a reason for a refund, here is exactly how each one fits.
- The cord bracelet — one adjustable size, fitting wrists up to 10 inches (25 cm). The sliding bead runs the cord out to 10 inches and pulls it in as small as you like, so the same bracelet fits his wrist and hers. If you are unsure of a wrist size, choose this one.
- The cuff bracelet — one size. A solid band 5mm wide and 1.5mm thick with an open gap at the back. It slides on sideways rather than fastening, and you squeeze it in or ease it open so it sits right. On a larger wrist the cord is the safer choice.
Neither bracelet has a size to choose at checkout. If you are not sure which will fit, email us before you order — we would rather answer a question than send you something you cannot wear.
What we replace, free
- It arrived damaged or broken
- It is faulty — the closure, the cord, the finish
- We engraved something other than what your order says
- The wrong bracelet, finish or box turned up
Email maxpro923@icloud.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We ship a replacement and do not ask for the original back.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email us as soon as you can. If it has not gone into engraving yet, we will change it or cancel and refund you in full. Once it is engraved, it cannot be altered or refunded.
If it never arrives
If tracking stops moving for more than a few days, email us. We will chase the carrier, and replace the order if the parcel does not turn up.
Your legal rights
Nothing here affects rights you may have under the consumer law that applies where you live. In the EU and the UK, the usual 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, which is what every bracelet we sell is.
