• Choosing — cord or cuff, silver or gold, and which combination works as a pair
• Order status — send your order number and we'll chase the tracking
• Changing an order — get in quickly; once it has been engraved we can't alter it
• Damaged on arrival — photograph it before unpacking further and we'll send a replacement
